The luxurious amenities at this hotel are impressive. the service is excellent, and the Spa & wellness center is top-notch. the exclusive garden area is an oasis of calm, and the sauna is an excellent way to relax after a long day.
There is only one minor issue - the night club can be loud at times.

This hotel provided us with the most luxurious experience we've ever had. the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations and the service was top-notch. the room advantages included a private balcony where we could watch the sunset over the ocean.
The only minor issue we encountered was the noise level at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. this was quickly resolved by the hotel staff and did not detract from our overall experience.

The room in the xhale tower was excellent, spacious, and clean with a wonderful view. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the rooftop pool and spa. The breakfast was a treat with wonderful views of the lagoon and ocean. The staff were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service.

The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The staff were really nice too make our stay enjoyable, especially the friendly employees at the rooftop lounge bar and pool. The location of the resort was perfect, with a beautiful beach and minimal seaweed. We also loved the all-inclusive aspect, made everything so easy.

They constantly were pretty good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. In particular, Miguel and Mauri at the rooftop lounge bar and pool made our experience more fun. The cleanliness of the resort was excellent, and we appreciated the modern and new facilities. The amazing views, even from our top-floor room, added an extra touch to our stay. Lastly, the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options to start our day off right.

The elevators in the hotel were often out of service, causing inconvenience and wait times for guests.

Luxury at its finest! This hotel had everything I could possibly want, from exclusive amenities to impeccable service. the Spa & wellness centre left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. the live entertainment and karaoke were amazing and kept me entertained all night long. the location advantages were fantastic, with beach access right at my fingertips. the restaurant had some of the best food I have ever tasted, and the in-room breakfast was a lovely touch.
While the treatment itself was excellent, the room felt a bit cramped and could have been more spacious.
